KingExchange Privacy Policy
Effective: 10 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 10 July 2026 · KingExchange support desk
Here's the honest headline: we hold almost nothing on you. A WhatsApp number, a username, a few payment references — that's the entire file behind a standard King Exchange ID. No ad trackers watch you here, and no record of yours has ever been sold.
The Short Version
Three facts cover most of this page: we collect almost nothing, your WhatsApp number is there so your ID can reach you, and your data is not for sale at any price.
The whole policy in under a minute
Privacy policies run long when a company hoards data. We don't, so ours doesn't. Ask us for a King Exchange ID and the complete file we open on you is a WhatsApp number, the username you choose and — once you deposit — the reference numbers of your payments. No email field, no home address, no document uploads for a standard account.
Your number has exactly one job. It's the channel your login details, deposit confirmations and payout updates travel down. It never lands on a marketing list, and no advertiser has seen a single record of ours since the network opened in 2015.
If anything below reads oddly, message the desk — a real person will explain it.
What We Collect
Five items make up a complete KingExchange account file — and not one of them is a KYC document.
- WhatsApp number — how your King Exchange ID reaches you and how you reach us. It doubles as your account key, which is why signup skips the usual form-and-verification-email dance.
- Username — picked by you at registration. Agents use it to pull up your account in seconds instead of quizzing you with security questions.
- Deposit references (UTR) — the transaction number your bank issues when you pay by UPI, IMPS or Net Banking. We match it to your wallet so coins land in minutes, not hours.
- Device basics — browser family, screen size and an approximate region from your connection. This is what flags a login from a strange device before it becomes a problem.
- Support chat history — your past conversations with the desk, kept so you never have to repeat a story. Agents see tickets, never payment credentials.
What we don't take matters more. Standard King Exchange IDs are issued with no KYC documents — no Aadhaar, no PAN, no bank statement, no selfie holding a card. We also never ask for your email, your phone contacts or your precise location. Anyone demanding those in our name is running a scam: end the chat and send us the number they used.
How We Use It
Every item we hold carries one purpose and a fixed deletion clock. Data with no job left is removed, not archived.
| Data | Why | How Long |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp number | Delivering your ID, confirming deposits and payouts, replying to your messages | Active account + 12 quiet months, then purged |
| Username | Locating your account on the platform and in support tickets | Life of the account |
| Deposit reference (UTR) | Matching your bank transfer to your wallet credit | 24 months per transaction, for dispute cover |
| Device basics | Catching suspicious logins and fixing display glitches | 90 days in rotating security logs |
| Support chats | Context for agents so repeat issues resolve faster | 12 months from your last message |
Nothing in that table feeds a profiling model. We don't score you, segment you or predict your spending. Each item does its one job, waits out its window and disappears.
WhatsApp & Telegram Communication
Every message we send exists because your account needed it. There are no broadcast blasts, and one word — STOP — switches off anything optional.
When our number lights up your phone, it's one of four things: your new ID and password, a deposit confirmation, a payout update or a reply to something you asked. That's the full catalogue. No festival promotions, no forwarded offers, no 3 a.m. "expiring bonus" nudges — the desk has better things to do at that hour, and so do you.
Reply STOP to any message that isn't account-critical and the optional ones end the same day. Login credentials you requested and payout confirmations keep arriving, because an ID service that can't tell you your ID isn't much of a service.
Our Telegram channel works differently — it's a one-way noticeboard you can join or leave whenever you like. Membership shows us nothing beyond what Telegram shows any channel admin, and leaving takes one tap.
Cookies & Analytics
kingxchange.org sets a small handful of first-party cookies and zero advertising trackers. What you read here does not follow you around the internet.
- Session cookies — keep you securely connected as you move between pages and remember small things, like whether the mobile menu was open.
- A visit counter — one aggregate measurement that tells us a page was read 5,000 times without telling us who read it. Totals, never individuals.
- Nothing else — no Facebook pixel, no Google ads tag, no fingerprinting library, no session-replay recorder. The absence is deliberate and permanent.
Don't take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools on any page here and watch the network tab — it stays quiet. You can also block or clear cookies entirely; every informational page keeps working without them.
Who We Share With
Two kinds of partner ever see a slice of your data: the payment rails that move your funds and the operator that switches on your ID. Advertisers see nothing, ever.
- Payment rails — your bank and the UPI network handle a deposit or payout the way they handle any transfer: account details and amount. We add nothing, and your platform activity never travels to your bank.
- Platform operators — the team provisioning King Exchange IDs receives your username and the fact your account is live. Your number, chats and device data stay on our side of the fence.
- Legal authorities — a binding court or regulatory order gets exactly the records it names, nothing broader. Fishing expeditions get lawyers, not data.
- Nobody else — no data brokers, no affiliate networks, no marketing agencies, no vague "trusted partners" hiding a hundred sub-processors. The list above is the whole list.
How We Keep It Safe
Encrypted connections, need-to-know access and payout checks that verify the destination before a rupee moves.
- Encrypted transport — every page here loads over HTTPS, and support runs on WhatsApp, which layers its own end-to-end encryption on top.
- Access controls — an agent opens your record only when your ticket is in front of them, and every lookup is logged. Browsing accounts out of curiosity is a firing offence.
- Payout verification — withdrawals release only to the payment method already registered on your account. Someone who hijacks your SIM still can't point your balance at their own bank.
- Login monitoring — a sign-in from an unfamiliar device or region triggers a re-check before the session continues.
Two things only you can do: never share an OTP — nobody from KingExchange will ever ask for one — and treat any "support" contact other than +91-8109711726 or the official WhatsApp line as an imposter. In eleven years, nearly every compromised account we've handled began with a fake helper, not a broken server.
Data Retention
Your data lives while your account does, plus a short dispute-protection buffer. Then it's gone — backups included.
An active ID keeps its profile so deposits, payouts and support work without re-registering. Twelve quiet months and your chat history deletes itself. Ask us to close the account and the profile — number, username, device logs — is erased within seven working days of the confirmed request.
Transaction records are the one exception. Each deposit and payout entry survives 24 months from its date, because that entry is what proves your side of the story if a bank ever queries a transfer. When its window closes, it follows the rest out. There is no shadow archive and no "deleted users" table quietly keeping old profiles alive.
Your Rights
You can read your file, correct it or erase it — and each one starts with a single WhatsApp message.
- Access — ask what we hold and a copy reaches your registered number within 48 hours. Expect a short document. That's rather the point.
- Correction — a misspelled username or an outdated payment method is fixed the same day, once we confirm you own the number.
- Deletion — request erasure whenever you like. Profile gone in seven working days; transaction entries after their 24-month dispute window.
No forms, no fee, no cooling-off call from a retention team. Message the desk from your registered number or use the contact page if you'd rather write. We check that you control the number, then do what you asked.
Children
KingExchange is a hard 18+ service. We don't want data from minors, and we destroy any we find.
Every ID request includes an age confirmation, and the desk stops provisioning the moment a conversation suggests the person is underage. If an account later turns out to belong to a minor, it closes on the spot, the file is wiped and any remaining balance returns to the payment method it came from. Parents or guardians who suspect a minor holds an ID here should write via the contact page — those reports jump the queue and are handled the same day.
Changes & Contact
When this policy changes, the dates at the top change with it — and anything significant is announced before it applies to you.
Small edits — tidier wording, a renamed heading — happen without ceremony. A material change, such as a new data category or a new sharing partner, gets announced to active ID holders on WhatsApp first, so staying is a choice you make with open eyes. Questions about anything on this page go to the KingExchange contact page or the support line at +91-8109711726. Privacy queries get a written reply within 48 hours.
Privacy Questions, Answered
What personal data does KingExchange collect?
Very little. A standard account is built from your WhatsApp number, the username you pick, the UTR numbers of your deposits, rough device details like browser and screen size, and whatever you've written to support. Regular King Exchange IDs are issued without KYC, so Aadhaar copies, PAN cards, selfies and bank statements never enter your file.
Is my WhatsApp number shared with third parties?
No. We use your number to send King Exchange login details, confirm payments and reply when you message us — nothing more. Advertisers never see it, it sits on no marketing list, and the operator who activates your ID receives your username only, never your contact details.
Does kingxchange.org use cookies?
A few first-party ones, and that's all. They keep your session secure and count page visits in aggregate. There's no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no cross-site tracking script anywhere on kingxchange.org — open your browser's network inspector and check for yourself.
How can I get my data deleted?
Send a deletion request from your registered WhatsApp number, or write through the contact page. Once we confirm the number is yours, your profile, username and chat history are wiped within seven working days. Deposit and payout records remain for 24 months after each transaction because they settle payment disputes, then they're deleted too.
