KingExchange Terms & Conditions
Effective: 10 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 10 July 2026 · Applies to kingxchange.org and King Exchange IDs issued through it.
Nobody reads legal pages for fun, so this one leads with five short rules, then the detail — no traps hidden in the footnotes.
The Five Rules That Matter Most
These five lines settle nine out of ten rule questions our desk has answered since 2015.
- Be 18 or older. No exceptions, no grace periods — and we can ask for age proof at any time.
- Hold one ID only, registered on a WhatsApp number that genuinely belongs to you.
- Move money in your own name. Deposits start at ₹100 by UPI, IMPS or Net Banking, and payouts return to the same named source.
- Play fair. One human, one account, your own decisions — no bots, no duplicates, no payment tricks.
- Respect the risk. Exchange play involves financial risk. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptance and Eligibility
Requesting a King Exchange ID, logging in or depositing through kingxchange.org counts as full acceptance of these terms. If a clause here does not sit well with you, the honest advice is simple: do not open an account.
This service is for adults only. You confirm you are 18 or over every time you use your ID, and we may ask for proof whenever something looks off. An account found to belong to a minor is closed the same day, deposits are returned to their source, and every result on the ID is cancelled.
Local law is your homework, not ours. Skill-gaming rules vary from state to state across India, and a format allowed in one state can be restricted in the next. Check your own state's position before you sign up — accepting these terms confirms you have done that check yourself.
Scope: this page governs kingxchange.org, the IDs issued through it, and our WhatsApp, phone and Telegram support channels. The exchange platform your ID logs into publishes its own market rules — settlement timing, rate rounding, cut-offs — and those apply alongside this document.
Your Account and King Exchange ID
One person, one King Exchange ID, on a WhatsApp number you actually use. Most of the account disputes we have ever handled trace back to someone ignoring that sentence.
Your WhatsApp number carries the weight here. It receives your king exchange login details, confirms your deposits and verifies you before money leaves. Register with a number that is truly yours and keep it live — an ID sitting on a borrowed number, a virtual line or an abandoned SIM will stall the first time we need to verify a withdrawal.
Guard your password the way you guard your banking app. Whatever happens under your login counts as done by you — every position, every request. Never store credentials on a shared phone, and never send them to anyone claiming to be support; our team has no reason to ask for a password, ever. Suspect a leak? Message us at once and we will freeze the ID while you regain control.
IDs are strictly personal. Selling, renting, lending or transferring one is banned, and so is quietly operating an account for someone else. When we find an arrangement like that, every ID connected to it can be closed — buyer, seller and go-between alike.
Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals
Deposits start at ₹100 through UPI, IMPS or Net Banking. Withdrawals typically land within 15–30 minutes of verification, always to a payment source held in your own name.
| Topic | The rule |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | ₹100 per transaction |
| Accepted methods | UPI, IMPS and Net Banking, from instruments held in your name |
| Typical payout time | 15–30 minutes once verification clears |
| Name check | The payout account must match your registered details; proof may be requested on larger amounts |
| Third-party money | Not accepted, in either direction |
Treat your balance as a prepaid play balance, nothing more. It earns no interest and exists for two purposes: activity on the platform, or withdrawal back to you. Loading funds and pulling them straight out again with no genuine play in between reads as payment abuse, and the fair-play section below applies.
Most payouts really do clear inside half an hour. When one takes longer, it is nearly always one of four things: open positions holding the request until those markets settle, a payout name that does not match your registered details, a late-night bank maintenance window, or a first large withdrawal that needs one supporting document. Pending beyond an hour? Message support on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where it sits.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The whole standard fits in one line: one human, one account, making their own decisions with their own money. Everything on the list below breaks it.
- Duplicate and linked accounts. A second ID, an ID operated for someone else, or a ring of accounts working the same market together.
- Bots and automation. Scripts, auto-clickers, headless browsers — anything that reads rates or places trades faster than human hands can.
- Hammering broken rates. Deliberately exploiting a price that is obviously wrong. Clear errors can be corrected or voided, even after settlement.
- Payment games. Reversing a deposit you genuinely made, cycling money through the balance without play, or funding your ID from someone else's account.
- Abusing people. Threats or harassment aimed at support staff or other players ends the chat first and, on repeat, the account.
Consequences match the conduct. A minor first offence usually draws a warning. Automation and rate abuse bring cancelled stakes and a frozen balance while our team reviews the activity — most reviews close within days. Duplicate accounts and payment fraud end in permanent closure, and conduct that amounts to a criminal offence is reported to the payment provider and, where the law demands, to the authorities. Funds unconnected to the breach are paid out once the review finishes.
Availability and Market Suspensions
We aim for round-the-clock uptime and support, and we usually deliver both — but no platform on earth runs uninterrupted forever, and we will not pretend ours does.
Planned maintenance is parked in quiet hours away from major match windows and flagged in advance when you would notice it. Emergency work is different — a security patch lands when it has to, even mid-session.
Markets can be suspended, closed early or voided at any time: rain, an abandoned fixture, a frozen data feed, a rate that has clearly broken. Voided stakes return to balances, and a settlement error found later is corrected, which can move balances in either direction. What we cannot pay for is missed opportunity — a trade you could not place while a market sat suspended is not a claim.
Intellectual Property
The text, design and branding on kingxchange.org belong to us or our licensors. Your licence covers using the site — not copying it.
Browse it, read it, screenshot it for yourself: all fine. Scraping the content, cloning pages onto another domain or dressing your own promotion in our name is not, and we move on it fast, because fake king exchange sites are where most stolen credentials begin.
Cricket boards, leagues and franchises — the IPL included — own their own names. We mention them purely to describe markets; no league or team endorses or is connected to KingExchange.
Risk Notice and Limitation of Liability
Exchange play carries genuine financial risk. Treat it as entertainment that has a cost, never as an income — that is not small print, it is the most honest sentence on this page.
Every position is your decision, and every loss on one is yours. Nobody here can promise you an outcome — not support, not a prediction channel, not this page. Anyone guaranteeing profits on a king exchange account is running a scam.
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the balance your account held when the claim arose. Indirect losses — missed profit, lost time, data charges, a phone that died mid-match — fall outside what we cover.
If play stops feeling like entertainment, act early. Deposit limits, timeout breaks and self-exclusion are explained on our Responsible Gaming page, and support switches them on the moment you ask — no persuasion required, no delay.
Termination
You can leave whenever you like. We can suspend or close an ID when these terms are broken. Both directions get confirmed in writing.
Closing your account takes two steps: withdraw your balance, then message support from your registered WhatsApp number and ask. We confirm the closure and switch the ID off.
On our side, an account can be frozen instantly while a fair-play or payment review runs, and closed for good once a breach is confirmed. Money that had nothing to do with the problem is paid out when the review ends.
An ID with no login for twelve months goes dormant as a safety measure. Nothing is forfeited — verify yourself with support and the balance is restored or returned to you.
Changes to These Terms
These terms will change over time. The effective date under the main heading always tells you which version is live.
Anything that touches your money or your account — deposits, withdrawals, fair play, closure — gets a notice on the site or a WhatsApp message before it takes effect. Smaller wording tidies may simply appear in the text.
Using your ID after an update goes live counts as accepting it. If a change does not work for you, withdraw your balance and ask support to close the account before the new date arrives.
Contact
Questions about anything on this page go to the same desk that handles everything else — real humans, 24x7, in English and Hindi.
Start at our contact page, call +91-8109711726, or message us on Telegram. Raise issues with support first — in eleven years of running this desk, nearly every dispute has been settled inside the first conversation.
These terms operate under the laws applicable in India, read together with the skill-gaming rules of your own state.
Terms & Conditions FAQ
Straight answers to the four questions players actually ask about the rules.
What is the minimum age to use King Exchange?
You must be 18 or older, and we never bend that rule. It covers the ID and every deposit and withdrawal made on it. We can ask for age proof at any time; where a minor is confirmed, the ID closes, deposits return to their source and every result on the account is cancelled.
How many King Exchange accounts can one person hold?
One, registered on your own WhatsApp number, and it stays yours alone. Second IDs, accounts run for friends and groups of accounts working together all break the fair-play rules, and every ID involved can be closed — not just the spare one. If you have lost access to your original ID, message support rather than opening another.
Can KingExchange change these terms?
We can, and occasionally we do. The effective date under the main heading always shows the live version. Changes that touch deposits, withdrawals, fair play or account closure are announced on the site or by WhatsApp before they apply, and using your ID after that date means you accept the update.
What happens if fair-play rules are broken?
It scales with the breach. A small first slip usually earns a warning. Bots, rate abuse and duplicate accounts bring cancelled stakes and a frozen balance while we review. Payment fraud closes the account for good, and genuine crime is reported to the payment provider and, where the law requires it, the authorities.
